Adventures with the Bristows: Biking and Walking!!!
http://davidandirene.blogspot.com/2012/10/biking-and-walking.html
Adventures with the Bristows. Thursday, October 4, 2012. Linden James Bristow (aka Little man) has decided he is ready to walk on his own. Though he's been taking steps here and there for a short time now, today he made up his own mind to let go and walk to another location. This was his third time and we finally caught it on video! Amelia Hanalei Bristow (aka Little Lady) decided she was done with training wheels about a week ago and after a few tries (literally) she was riding a bike on her own!

http://davidandirene.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Adventures with the Bristows. Saturday, May 19, 2012. Enjoying the warm weather outside! Trying out her new rollerblades from Uncle Paul and Jill :) I have this strange feeling she's going to be really good at this. Getting out for a girls night. Who doesn't love fondu? We took a trip to the zoo and Amelia told us her favorite animal there was the elephant :) While watching the elephants, we found out Betty White was having a private elephant encounter up close! We caught a brief glimpse of her too!

Adventures with the Bristows
http://davidandirene.blogspot.com/2012/08/doesnt-seem-like-too-long-ago-that-all.html
Adventures with the Bristows. Wednesday, August 22, 2012. It doesn't seem like too long ago that all you needed in life was a warm snuggle and a burp. Well, we all needed more sleep. It doesn't seem too long ago when trying something new didn't have to be scary because you had your momma to hug you at every turn. nice hat Amelia. And when you needed to fly, we were the ones who made it possible. We marveled at everything you did. and don't forget, copying is the sincerest form of flattery.

Adventures with the Bristows: November 2011
http://davidandirene.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Adventures with the Bristows. Monday, November 14, 2011. Posted by Bristow Blog. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. I think I may rename this blog, Tushies and Tiaras. And I will wear it while doing laundry, wiping tushies and vacuuming. I think when you have a second kid the need to balance the everyday tasks with a little glamour increases. So, now with a newborn and 4 year old, it might take a tiara. :). Ok, back to the posts. Uncle Paul is the best! He calls Amelia his "little tuna". she loves it! What was...

Adventures with the Bristows: Fall foliage and Halloween fun!
http://davidandirene.blogspot.com/2012/11/fall-foliage-and-halloween-fun.html
Adventures with the Bristows. Sunday, November 4, 2012. Fall foliage and Halloween fun! Enjoying a drive up in the mountains before the last of the foliage blew off with the hurricane to come. She made her own headband out of glitter glue, an embroidery hoop we had in my sewing drawer and leftover brick brack. I think she enjoyed doing that herself. and she did sit on my lap and help me sew. even helped pull the ruffle and sew on the gold. :). I will do anything for free, or really cheap food! She wasn't...
