Saturday, 28 November 2009. Not getting a proper rest on the last two weekends was a huge mistake - come on Mr careless, the camel deserves to be treated bit better than this. The price therefore had to paid, and the camel turned to a zombie few days ago. Saturday, 28 February 2009. Sant Cugat, Spain. The Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists. Get up bit earlier to do the bread, and soft boiled eggs, well almost. They were soft when I took them out, but they weren't cooled down so they continued cooking and turned hard boiled. Something to check out on the next course! Many good personal meetings today, but can't make it for the Division of Attention group work with guitars, which is a shame, as I feel very attracted to this kind of work. Late in bed, at 2-ish.

Sunday, 29 November 2009. Great weekend. Got some rest and caught up with some necessary stuff. The quality of my sleep has improved recently and I feel there's more space available, it's not only job. So good news. A long Saturday evening with Nika on skype - highlight! So that was yesterday. Despite going to bed late, this morning I woke up before alarm clock, at ca 9:30. Sitting at 10:30. Vibrant and fresh, as if done for the first time. It's been raining a lot today, and it's been quite dark too:.
