Fly me to the moon. Tuesday, July 04, 2006. No snacking - first success. Managed my first day of not snacking! Strangely I still didn't get hungry the whole day. Breakfast was smoothie (spinach, OJ, pineapple, berries and soy milk) and veggie whole wheat sandwhich (mustard, avocado, tomato, lettuce, onion, cucumber). Lunch - coleslaw with apples and red bell peppers with a dash of sesame oil and rice vinegar; tomato soup. Think my salads are too big, will try making them smaller. View my complete profile.

Spread this onto center of a lettuce leaf, added some finely diced red onion, chopped roma tomatoes, and shredded carrots. Then rolled them up!
