CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Friday, September 26, 2008. A More Serious Note. What is so bad that a person forgets the good things she has.3 beautiful children, a good husband, strong family ties. She has always been such a strong person that I never would have believed she would do this. Do we all have that breaking point in us that we could turn to something so extreme? Monday, September 22, 2008. It isn't Friday and there is no money in here! The look that went across Jacob's face was hilarious!

Unworthy Servant: December 2006

We have only done what was our duty" (Luke 17:10). Tuesday, December 19, 2006. Prayer Changes Things, Part One. 8220;Prayer changes things”. Has been one of the more popular phrases tossed around in Christian circles for a long time. However, the problem is just that – it is “tossed around” without any real thought given to what the phrase implies. A parent prays that their child will survive the surgery, and he does. A family prays that their home will be spared from the ravages of a hurricane, and it is.

Unworthy Servant: The Turgid Miasma of Existence - Part I

We have only done what was our duty" (Luke 17:10). Tuesday, September 16, 2008. The Turgid Miasma of Existence - Part I. Never heard of them? Neither had I. With all due respect to. My interest is not in their album. What I am interested in, however, is that many people really do appear to view life in this way. Refers to something that is dull, boring, tedious, or monotonous. Did you happen to see that person in the mirror this morning? But don’t apprehend. Our days are filled. We do our jobs. We me...

Unworthy Servant: June 2006
http://johnnycollett.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
We have only done what was our duty" (Luke 17:10). Wednesday, June 07, 2006. The Seamless Relationship Between Divine Sovereignty and Human Responsibility In Salvation. Let’s get straight to the point. To deny God's sovereignty in salvation is heresy. To deny humanity’s responsibility to choose in response to God's prior choice is also heresy. To deny either is heresy because the Bible teaches both. We do, by an act of our will, choose Christ. If this were not the case, John 1.12. This birth was not of b...
