Training, Fitness, Food…. Forget I can’t – Say I can. How many times have you said I can’t? I can’t eat healthily, I can’t do any exercise, I can’t lose weight, I can’t run a marathon. Have you noticed that its usually followed by a ‘because’? I can’t eat healthily because I don’t have good options to eat at work and healthy food is boring anyway.
