A bunch of spinach (I literally just stick my hand in the bag and pull out a handful). Banana (when I have them or without totally optional). I also add 1 tsp. of probiotic for a boost. You know exactly what’s going in them, and they’re healthier and tastier then the store bought brands. Our kids love cucumbers and tomatoes… add a little of this Italian dressing and you have a VERY simple tasty salad. 1 tablespoon garlic salt. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon white sugar. 2 tablespoons dried oregano.

For our family of 5 we double this recipe, so here it is doubled. If you want to make for less, then just cut in half. Doubling it, though, makes for a great snack later on. or just freeze the remainder. But I think I will win them over eventually. It just takes time, some fabulous recipes and more time. My desire is to rid our house of sugary cereals, stay away from wheat and grains… basically live caveman-ish (meats, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies). And I’m pumped about it! 1 cup crushed Walnuts. 1 cup crushed Pecans. 1 cup crushed Almonds.
