The Sewell Train: Model Baby
http://sewelltrain.blogspot.com/2009/07/model-baby.html
Thursday, July 30, 2009. A few days after Hadley was born, our good friend Tara came over for a little newborn photoshoot. I had several people ask me who took her picture for her birth announcement. You can see more of her work here. I had a hard time deciding which pictures to post, so there are quite a few. I'm not going to apologize, though, b/c my children are beautiful! She got some great shots of L, too:. You make a good team. You make beautiful babies and she takes beautiful pictures of them!

Circulating from Portland to Boston and everywhere in between. Sunday, April 14, 2013. By endurance we conquer." This was the motto Ernest Shackelton adopted when he led a rag-tag group of men 1200 miles across the Antarctic seas in small, open, life boats after their expedition vessel, rightfully named the Endurance. It's a motto that we've adopted in our family in an effort to get through the crushing grief of these last few months and nobody embodies it more than Darc. You Burnetts are inspiring!

The Burnett Gazette: March 2012

Circulating from Portland to Boston and everywhere in between. Thursday, March 22, 2012. When I asked Cole what he learned about in church recently, all I could get out of him was something about hunting and capturing a Leprechaun. He quickly changed into something green and put a hat on his head for protection and insisted that Keith and Ally follow suit. Even though he wasn't feeling very well at first, Keith eventually got into the fighting spirit with his green fighting gloves and his green shirt.

Circulating from Portland to Boston and everywhere in between. Thursday, March 21, 2013. Brent has been doing his fair share of traveling this month for work, so the kids and I have been doing our best to entertain ourselves. Luckily, Cole transformed himself into Dierks Bentley for an afternoon and graced Ally and me with a concert. He also covered a little Creedence Clearwater. It was awesome. The Sewell Train: Easter in August
http://sewelltrain.blogspot.com/2009/08/easter-in-august.html
Friday, August 28, 2009. This was so long ago that I don't really have much to say about it. Except that I'm really proud of myself that we still have Easter candy in the house (not sure how or why we moved candy half-way across the country). That's kind of gross. I should probably throw it away. The eyes were made out of mini-chocolate chips this year. And, the bow tie was a great addition. Nice work, Bran. Little ladies looking lovely! Especially Hadley. She LOVES Easter. August 28, 2009 at 11:00 PM.
