Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Mom's week in Utah. My mom came to visit us for a week a couple of weeks ago. We had so much fun with her! Here are some pictures of her week here. I wish I would have taken more! While she was here we went to The City Creek center in SLC, walked around temple square, went to the zoo, did LOTS of shopping, went to the pumpkin patch and baked cookies. We had a blast and can't wait for her to visit us again soon! Taking an ice cream break. Such a pretty day! Katie, Harley and Paul.

When we got married the only thing we had to buy new was our kitchen table and chairs (which we bought with gift cards to K-Mart and are STILL in great condition! Wednesday, September 12, 2012. One week to go! We have one more week before the house is finished. I seriously can not believe that's its almost done. They are putting in the fixtures, appliances, garage doors and finishing painting this week. We should be able to close on monday and be able to start moving in the following weekend. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Last month we had the pleasure of flying to Michigan for a whole week to visit family. We had a great time and can not wait to go back! I am sad to say that I only took a few pictures that entire week. I really wish I had taken more, it's beautiful there! My awesome sister-in-law, Whitney, was kind enough to do a family picture session with us while we were there though! The craziness began on Friday night while I was scrapbooking with a friend at my house.the kids were playing and watching movies in the next room and I hear this screaming. Isaac has a Lego stuck up his nose and it's bleeding! They have the perfect suspension-grasping action which was exactly what I needed to grab hold of the Lego and pull it right out. EVERY mother should have a pair of these things in their home!
