In 2015 we built a tea room, so you don’t have to fear the bad weather. We serve our own version of a cream tea with home-made scones, cream, rose jam (made from our own petals), and rose tea. Véronique lived in England for several years and fell in love with the traditions of ‘Old England’ including cream teas. And the French are charmed….
