Time to shed some pounds! Lundi 11 avril 2011. Quite chuffed actually, new weight 71.8kgs, a net loss of 1.3kgs since last weigh-in, so more than double the weight loss of the previous week! It'll still be hard to achieve the goal of 6.5kgs lost by Easter Sunday as overall I've only lost 3.2kgs and There are only 13 days left! So in 33 days I've lost 3.2kgs instead of the 5kgs I'd hoped for at this stage! But the way I see it, I've still lost some and already feel better for it! Date: 11th April 2011.

Time to shed some pounds! Mercredi 30 mars 2011. Little bit concerned this morning when I hopped onto the scales, 72.7kgs. Yes it's still going the right way, but only 400gms in one week! I was hoping it would be more! Still, mustn't give up hope! 24 days until Easter Sunday! If I only lose 400gms / week between now and then, that'll be about another 1.5kgs, so a total of just under 4kgs, not quite the 6.5kgs I was hoping for! Must be my age (nearly 46! Date: 30th March 2011. Friday - Third Tuesday.

Time to shed some pounds! Mardi 5 avril 2011. God I still feel really guilty about those crisps on Sunday evening! Well I'll soon know the effect when I weigh myself tomorrow morning! I've got to take this more seriously. My BMI at the start of the diet was 27.5, in other words overweight! Last Wednesday it had reduced to 26.8. Ideally I'd like to be below 25 asap, but this means a long-term weight loss of a further 8kgs! It's going to be a long-haul! Date: 5th April 2011. Weight (30th March): 73.1kgs.

Tuesday, December 7, 2010. 내가 어렸을 때 소원이 많았어요. 그러나 지난 몇 년 동안 내 자신과 희망을 잃었어요. 소원을 이루기 너무 힘들 때. 내가 그들을 포기하는 것이에요. 올해 그래서 난 다르게 하려고 해요. 내년에 내가 할 수 있어요. 올해 내 소원을 이루고 싶어요. 내년 나의 세 가지 소망은 건강. 내가 건강을 유지하기 위해 더 많은 운동을 해야 해요. 동안 춤을 사용하는 운동해요. 하지만 그것은 충분하지 않아요. 내 스케줄은 매우 바쁘지만. 나는 효율적인 운동 스케줄을 만들고 싶어요. 내 수업 일정은 오후 때까지 시작되지 않기 때문에 내가 아침에 일찍 운동한 것 같아요. 가장 큰 문제는 내가 좋은 동기를 찾을 수 없어요. 내가 동기 부여를 찾아야만 해요. 내 춤이 건강을 향상 시킨 다면 나는 매우 행복해요. 내가 항상 피아노와 노래를 배우고 싶었어요. 그러므로 나는 내년 레슨을 시작하고 싶어요. 7 년 동안 플릇 연주했어요. 나는 피아노를 연주하면서 노래하고 싶어요.
