This is so easy! 1 3/4 cups heavy cream, chilled. 3/4 teaspoon mint extract. 1 package (9 ounces) chocolate wafers. 1 cup miniature chocolate chips. 1Make the mint cream: With an electric mixer, beat heavy cream, sugar, and mint extract until stiff peaks form. 3To serve, gently remove wax paper from underneath cake (holding cake in place with a metal spatula, if necessary), and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Slice cake diagonally with a serrated knife.

It is also supposed to help you to not retain water which I do this time of year. So I plan to give it a try, we'll see what happens. 8 5 CUPS WATER. 1 TSP/ GRATED GINGER. Cucumber and Peanut Salad. 3 large cucumbers (about 2 pounds), peeled and seeded. 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped. 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint. Juice of 1 lime. 2 teaspoons peanut oil. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes. 1Cut cucumbers into 1/2-inch dice, and place in a medium bowl. Add peanuts, mint, lime juice, oil, salt, and crushed red-pepper flakes, and stir to combine. 2Set aside for 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.

I showed it whose boss, try talking back from the trash can, why don't ya! Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I'm falling and I can't get up! Tonight my sister in law brought over her famous Rigatoni in meat sauce. She cooks it all day long and the flavor is out of this world! Obviously I am starting again tomorrow! Really, good ones.

She would eat them for every meal if I let her. Sometimes we switch it up and add ham to make it a little more nutritious. She also gets teased for the way she says "grilled." (Flu season brings a lot of restrictions at the hospital.) However when we got home they were more than ready to see their new baby brother. He has been kissed and hugged more times than I can count!
