Parabola / Tape worm's Blog: Scouting Caches
http://parabolasblog.blogspot.com/2010/01/scouting-caches.html
Parabola / Tape worm's Blog. Monday, January 25, 2010. Well, it's going pretty good so far. This is quite a neat scouting project participating in the 100th year Anniversary. I'm a little behind where I wanted to be at this point but it's going well. The cold and the snow has made it a bit tricky. So far I've made the hide's themselves pretty easy to find and nothing tricky. Some of them are quite a hike, but sound's by the log's people have enjoyed them. Hope you guy's enjoy them,. Parabola / Tape worm's Blog: It's been awhile
http://parabolasblog.blogspot.com/2010/03/its-been-awhile.html
Parabola / Tape worm's Blog. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Well, 'm almost hesitant to even post this but I know a lot of the family follows this. What I though was just a sleeping pill they had pescribed, was really an anti-depressant/tranquilizer. Which I know now you are only to be on them for a short amount of time, which I was on that one for around 5 years. So trying to get off of it, has been a scary process. But that's what I've been up to for the past few weeks. March 15, 2010 at 8:34 PM.

Waymarks, Geocaching, and Whatever.: July 2008
http://mr0geo.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Waymarks, Geocaching, and Whatever. Near N40° 18.775 W083° 07.073. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. Finally posted a barn. An old barn in a wheat field. Originally uploaded by Mr. 0. Most area farms rotate between corn and soybeans, but will occasionally throw some winter wheat into the mix too. This year it seems that more farmers than normal have switched to wheat. I imagine this is because there were so many problems with corn last year. I went with the intent of posting the Waymark, but once I got home, I de...

Waymarks, Geocaching, and Whatever. Near N40° 18.775 W083° 07.073. Wednesday, September 3, 2008. So in tonight's townhall the following has been discussed. This is a real-time rundown, so I apologize for grammatical and typographical errors:. Phoenix has been backburnered. The first priority for Waymarking was the forums, which are now fixed so priorities are being rearranged. Another priority is a .GPX solution for Waymarking. Plans to aid communication on the site such as private forums. Kudos (awards ...

Raising Iowans: August 2009
http://raisingiowans.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Our "tail" of raising 2 girls and 2 cats. Monday, August 24, 2009. Today is the first day of school! Big Sis is now a second grader and Lil Sis is in kindergarten. They were up late last night because they were too excited to fall asleep when we sent them to bed. Things were a bit slow going this morning, so we told them they could eat breakfast at schoool. Lil Sis thought that sounded like a good idea. They were both smiling and excited when they got on the bus. 1 share your thoughts. Because I Said So!

We eventually sorted them by color (a day or two later), melted them and poured them in the above mold. . 160;The finished product.pretty cool! In other news, the girls continue to take the camera on adventures in the house. Here's a self-portrait of Lil Sis. Here's a self-portrait of Snickers.or is it? 160;She has good aim!

Raising Iowans: June 2008
http://raisingiowans.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Our "tail" of raising 2 girls and 2 cats. Sunday, June 29, 2008. After all that hard work, we drove through McDonald's and traveled to Lake Red Rock. The girls insisted on checking out the flood status over there. There is still a lot of water. The walkway to look closely at the spillway was closed. The pavement was buckled and there was a lot of debris along the way. We were able to stand near the rocks where there were lots of splashing waves. The girls LOVED getting splashed! 3 share your thoughts.
