Every Sunday they run a public bus through the park to view the animals so J and I headed out there and waited for the bus to show up. After our experience in Zhongdian with the cold weather, we thought Lhasa would be even colder, so right after we arrived and dropped off our stuff, we went out to look for thicker jackets.
