Thursday, August 13, 2009. We had a fun filled weekend with our nieces :) They are hilarious, and so sweet! Samantha is talking up a storm, using full sentences, and Lizzie is giggling and sitting up on her own. It's amazing how much they change between visits! I wish we could see them so much more often! We had a wonderful time with Jeremy and Kirsten too, as usual! Unfortunately we didn't have nice weather, so we spent a lot of time inside, but at least it was relaxing! I have been feeling little flutters in my belly for a couple weeks now, but usually only if I'm laying in the fetal position, or scrunching my stomach somehow so that baby has less room to move about. However, today is the first day when I have felt all sorts of movement and fluttering without changing positions or anything! Yesterday I received the gift of a wink and smile :) Granted, the wink was somewhat involuntary, but the smile was in response to me smiling at my sweet boy! Nothing warms my heart more than seeing Jackson smile back at me! I know that he recognizes his mama, and that he is connecting with me. He blesses me more than I could have ever imagined! Monday, June 18, 2012. It's simple, self-explanatory, and effective. So this is my goal. To do this three times a day. I know it may sound trite to some, but a girl needs to start somewhere, right? So this is where I'm starting. I'm hoping that with doing this three times a day, it will burn around 300 hundred calories total, and get my heart rate up. Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Our son is 9 months old. How did that happen you ask? Well to be honest.I do not know. Apparently, what I've been told is, there are 12 months in a year. And every 4 weeks, another month passes. And I guess, 4 weeks have passed 9 times already. But I can't believe it. There has to be some mistake. Right? Thursday, June 23, 2011. Another Chapter.But How? Is it okay that I'm just going to sit down and write out some thoughts? I know it's been almost a year, and I'm okay with that. But there are some things on my mind, and I figure, why not put them here? I am trying to wrap my mind around the idea of time.
