Define - Design - Create -Celebrate. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Day 8/60 - The Law of Vitality. I spent a couple of days on this one! There are 7 elements to the lesson including being thankful, eating, moderately, drinking water, breathing fully, smiling, and the two that I focused on more fully, as the most time consuming, “Know where you are going” and “connect your vocation with your avocation”. (Thank goodness I found my dictionary! Minor occupation undertaken as a diversion; a persons regular job.
