Paintings and Archive Photos. The three meals a day are principally homegrown and homemade, based on the farm produce, and vegetarian. We specialise in local Himalayan dishes. Such as sidku (a kind of steamed pasty), and wholemeal crepes, which resemble Tibetan and Nepalese dishes. From our small milk herd are available, including butter, yoghurt, ghee, buttermilk, paneer, and our developing range of hard and soft cheeses, including our own cream cheeses, cheddars, and applewood smoked blue cheeses.
