124; Comments RSS. The Lamson Learning Commons Help Desk is responsible for answering all calls that come through the University Switchboard. It is expected that the Help Desk will answer the the switchboard line between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday-Thursday. 8am and 6pm on Friday. 8:30am and 5pm on Saturday and 11am to 9pm on Sunday. When you answer a call on the switchboard, you greet the caller with "Plymouth State University, how may I direct your call? Maintain and update Help Desk directories.

124; Comments RSS. Slow Classroom Teacher Machines. Posted on September 24, 2007. There have been a number of calls lately regarding slow teacher machines in classrooms. This can be attributed to a combination of Vista and lack of available RAM. Below is a listing of rooms which require a memory upgrade in order to perform at a higher level. We are currently identifying quantities and costs but these systems will remain slow until the upgrades are able to be installed. PE Center Cart (room 120).
