Yeah, there weren’t many leaves that would turn, but I could still buy produce at farmers market–any Saturday of the year. I could go to the beach on Christmas. I could go for a run as long as it wasn’t raining. Not so in the mid-west. It was delicious anyway, thank goodness. So, here you go. All-Heat No-Meat Fall Resignation Chili. 2 Tbs olive oil. 2 cups chopped onion. 1 cup chopped carrots.
