Create your own blog for free. Inte för att du ville veta, men. Jag behöver ett vettigt träningsmål. Nu har de extrapris på PT-träning på mitt gym, och jag tänkte passa på att få lite coaching. Lite tekniktips och nya övningar, efter att ha haft samma pass och träningsupplägg (med smärre förändringar och givetvis avancering) sedan 2009. Men vad ska jag satsa på? Fast jag blir ju så jäkla knäckt om benen inte skulle hålla. Och gurkdag. Det lär tillkomma lite, som vanligt. Nu har jag bättre saker för mig.
