Thanks for the Memories. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. While Terrie was here, she spent time with the kids making noodle angel ornaments. She does such a great job with these and they turn out so cute. She uses all different kinds of noodles.penne for the body, bow ties for the wings, macaroni for the halos and tiny noodles for the hair. Thanks for the Memories. Monday, December 31, 2012. New Years Eve 2012. For New Year's Eve this year Emily and Jill went to the New Year's Eve Dance at church (Jill is one of the youth leaders). Stop taking pictures of me when I am getting ready! The boys stayed home with Dad. They had fun opening a new bag every hour with a different treat or game. Links to this post. Thanks for the Memories. Saturday, March 23, 2013. Easter sugar cookies. Evan was bored on Saturday and asked if we could make sugar cookies. When they were all baked, he invited everyone in to decorate the cookies. Everyone was able to make their own colored frosting. Later we found the Easter Bunny at our house. Thanks for the Memories. Sunday, May 12, 2013. Every Mother's Day my sweet husband makes a corsage for me from flowers he has grown in our yard. I am so grateful to be the mother of these four wonderful kids, some of whom are rapidly passing me up in height. Monday, March 24, 2014. I often pray for time. To just stand still or speed by fast. Like 6 weeks ago when our family had began our looooong drive to California, for our annual family vacation, I was silently praying the 20 hour (in two days) drive would speed by quickly for all of us. And it did! But then when we arrived at Kirks parents California home I starting praying that time. Didn't alter in anyway ( other than we had to turned our clocks back an hour with the time change starting in Nevada.

Greg, Naomi, Vaughn, and Lucy. Sunday, March 15, 2009. Fabulous February: Valentine's and More. Just a comment to any youth leader: DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL YOUTH DANCES/ACTIVITIES ON VALENTINE'S DAY! Seriously, if we teach youth to not have a steady boyfriend or girlfriend then don't have an activity centered around a theme on a day for sweethearts. They could very easily be earning money by babysitting and the youth leaders could be with their sweethearts. Lucy, Graham, and Vaughn. Girls are so fun to dress.
