Aido pumpkin, 250 grms of seitan (or tempeh is seitan is not available), 1 red onion, olive oil, thyme, organo, paprika and black pepper, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of cashews and fresh coriander. There will be 4 hours of practice and 3.5h to 4 hours for lectures, discussions, teaching practice and other activities.
