The Ramblings of a Recently Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Ukraine. Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Passing the 90 Day Mark at CrossFit Pleasanton, Power Yoga and Open Workout 13.4. Last week, I successfully finished my first 90 days of CrossFit at CrossFit Pleasanton! With the 8:30 class last Wednesday! However, I've gone from not being able to do any pull-ups in the On Ramp beginner class to completing 72 kipping pull-ups during a 12 minute workout! As many reps as possible in 7 minutes. I've taken a numb...

The Prima Revolving Restaurant over Singapore's Harbor | Джингер (the Jinger)
http://thejinger.blogspot.com/2010/06/revolving-restaurant-over-singapores.html
The Ramblings of a Recently Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Ukraine. Thursday, June 17, 2010. The Prima Revolving Restaurant over Singapore's Harbor. The restaurant was only on the 9th floor, but it was definitely high enough to provide a great view of the Port and of some of downtown Singapore. Professor Chen Zhou warned us that it would look like a warehouse from the outside. In this picture, you can barely see the little round part on top of the building, thats where we were! The place setting on ...

BKTPhotography: Sweet Baby Jackson-Central GA Newborn Photography
http://bktphotography.blogspot.com/2010/03/sweet-baby-jackson-central-ga-newborn.html
Saturday, March 20, 2010. Sweet Baby Jackson-Central GA Newborn Photography. I met little Jackson and his parents this week, and it was lots of fun! He was more interested in seeing what was going on during our session than wanting to snuggle up and sleep. From the get-go, his mama said he did not enjoy being naked-and he proved her right in the end! Jackson did what Jackson wanted, but all in all-I am very pleased with the outcome of this session! Have a great weekend everyone! He is so precious!

Monday, February 1, 2010. It seems to be the time of year for major life events within my circle of friends! My friends from waaaay back in 4th grade gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Friday evening. I made my way up to Atlanta Saturday evening to meet this little girl. Both parents are shutterbugs, but it's always nice to have someone show up and take pictures of your baby while you get a shower.or at least I would think so! Congrats to you both! http://thejinger.blogspot.com/2010/06/wafer-fab-plant-visit.html
The Ramblings of a Recently Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Ukraine. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Wafer Fab Plant Visit. We took our final exam today in our Supply Chain logistics class! This afternoon, we went to visit a wafer fab (fabrication) plant at SSMC. That stands for Super Secret Micro Chips. This visit reminded me a lot of when my dad took me to Motorola on Daughter-to-work day when I was younger, my dad works in semiconductor design stuff and showed me a clean room when I was like 10. Yes, ...

Saturday, December 19, 2009. The Bailey families came to me for Christmas pictures about a week ago. Once we got past the cold, the rain, and the door that wouldn't open, we got some pretty good family shots! You probably recognize half of this crew, and the other half are cousins. BKTPhotography: Chelsea's Senior Portraits!
http://bktphotography.blogspot.com/2010/07/chelseas-senior-portraits.html
Friday, July 9, 2010. I had fun this morning with Chelsea as we wandered around Macon and Milledgeville looking for different spots to take her senior portraits! She braved the heat, the water, the possibility of snakes and more to make this session happen-and I must say-it turned out pretty great. Chelsea has so much personality and is so bubbly it was easy to get her to smile. I can't wait to finish the rest of her pictures and show them off to her! If you are interested in Senior Portraits, don't wait!
