Hiking with the family. September 11th, 2012. Been quiet lately. Been pretty busy though. Kids are old enough to take some real hikes now so we have gone on 2 or 3 each month throughout the summer. It is great to be able to show them how wonderful the world really is when you get away from all the people and houses. Thought I would share some of the scenes from the recent hikes:. ADF vs. Keltria. September 10th, 2012. I feel like I am losing my connection with nature - I miss my trees and the water so much. In looking for a source that could help bridge the gap ADF and the Henge of Keltria are what always pop up. I have to admit that getting guidance on the way my ancestors were and help in maintaining a connection with the earth through the internet seems.odd. but what else do I have. Puget Sound CR Schmooze offering focused study group this year. The Seattle CR Schmooze will be holding a year-long focused study group as an introduction to Celtic Reconstructionist Paganism. Our December meeting will be dedicated to an overview of the subjects we will cover and a brief introduction to the CR community. Sunday, August 21, 2011. Greg at work on the "Family Tree". Babies look remarkably alike and remarkably different. When I look at those photos, I'm struck how certain looks just seemed to disappear. When you look at pictures of square-jawed guys from the World War II, I wonder- what happened to that look? Maybe it does it exist, but the context has changed so much that they don't seem to.
