I suck so much. July 4th, 2011. Been absent and ashamed not even writing in my blog 3months60pounds.blogspot.com. I fessed up my weekly weight and ended up gaining 5.4 pounds this week instead of losing. So now I'm going to have to be even more strict in order to catch up. I'm so ******* tired you guys. So yeah hoping to lose minimum of 8 pounds this week to make up for last week. Oh anc I'm supposed to do half way pics on July 13th. Ugh. Still waiting for appetite suppressants to come in mail.

Normally I go Mon, Wed, and fri, but I went Tues and Thurs last week. Weighed in at 155.2 on Thursday at the clinic and today weighed in at 151.4. I doubt I can weigh 135 pounds by End of September. I wanted it so badly. but then this happened. Placed under cut for triggers of binge/purge. Tags: dr. bernstein diet. Dr Bernstein Diet - Update.
