Monday, March 30, 2009. Super easy, very yummy dressing, great for spring salad dressings. 1/2 C Lemon Juice. 1/2-1 t dry mustard. Some lemon zest if you have it. Salt and pepper to taste. This is my favorite salad of all times. It is something DIFFERENT, than what usually circulates. 2/3 cup slivered almonds. 8 cups (1 lb) Napa. Coarsely shredded12 oz snow peas, strings removed, rinsed and thinly sliced. 1 1/3 cup thinly sliced radishes. 1 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions. 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar.

Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lb penne pasta. 1 c ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese). 189; c. parmesan cheese. 1 T fresh oregano, chopped. 189; lb. mozarella, cubed or shredded (or less—½ lb. is VERY cheesy). 189; c. bread crumbs (optional).
