Friday, July 21, 2006. 建議對業界產生的直接問題，是在港經營電子商貿的企業，必定會面臨經營成本增加，本地生意可能因為稅項而減少，更要面對免稅的海外 包括內地 進口競爭，不難想象有電貿企業可能搬離香港，以達到 沒在港經營業務 條件， 投資推廣處. 文件指 海外地區對透過互聯網及以傳統方式進行的業務，一般以相同方式處理 ，此話不實，例如美國聯邦政府一直反對向電子貿易徵收銷售稅，這也是眾多國際機構如世銀、聯合國貿易及發展會議等的立場，理由是電子貿易仍處萌芽階段，不宜殺雞取卵 即使在州政府層面，對電子交易的銷售稅也只限本州內客戶收取，不少還在試行階段，因為問題太多了 部份企業更搬到較細的州運作，香港若引入商品及服務稅後，也可能令部份企業撤退至內地或澳門。 政府在這次諮詢之中，已經沒有再提及 結構性赤字 ，因為香港經歷的赤字不是結構性的，政府也強調開徵商品及服務稅並非為了增加收入，既然如此，真正有迫切性研究的，反而應該是坐擁 4400. The donation will be used towards the Nicaragua, Cameroon and Uganda Project. All three of these projects will be traveling in the upcoming months and the donation will go a long way to help them in achieving their goals.
