Children were encouraged to come to school in the National costume they were familiar with. We had a Parade to display all the colourful National identies. Transition / Year 1. This term the Year 4's were talking and reading about Zoo Babies. They decided to write an Information Report to share what they have learnt about animals. This term the Year 4's were using their knowledge of maths terms to create a Maths Bingo game. We found out about other names for addition, subtraction multiplication and division. Transition / Year 1. At the end of Term 2 Year 5's were exploring the vocabulary of Leisure/Pleasure. We described pictures, identified key words and matched to picture then linked sentences to both. At the end we wrote our own understanding of the key words and shared with the group.
