I made this one up just by tossing a few ingredients together for a lunch to take to work one day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! A few handfuls of mixed lettuce leaves. 5-10 slices of cucumber. 1 medium carrot sliced. 30g/ a handful of lean beef/ game biltong. A tin of chickpeas. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy! Healthy, Happy New Years Habits.
