I was terrified, because massive power outages were predicted and we could not get the generator to work. Then Monday morning, suddenly Jason's partner meeting in DC was cancelled and our car mechanic got the generator working. What was shaping up to be a disaster has become a pretty pleasant, quiet day at home so far. WOOHOO! Sunday, January 11, 2015.

The kids went to Tel Aviv to spend the weekend with Ducky and Papu in their "hol-tel" and we headed south to the Dead Sea. It was amazing! Sunday, December 12, 2010. David wasn't feeling well so I took the kids to the people we were going to for lunch by myself and luckily everyone behaved decently and we managed to avoid the rain while we were walking. Someone else who was there was also a doctor and she agreed with Jeremy's diagnosis that it was probably broken but not a severe break. We went for ice cream on the way home to celebrate Simon's bravery. Today he went to school and came home with lots of signatures on his cast.
