Eat to nourish your body, move on a daily basis, and play often! Friday, February 26, 2016. I've become obsessed with date smoothies lately! I tweaked a recipe in my diet and it looks like this:. 1 cup of blueberries. 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk. 1 TBSP raw almond butter. Chopped dates (I use about 1/4 cup). After blending the above all together, I add 1 TBSP of chia seeds. Delish! This week will be a trip to my naturopath to discuss how I will start incorporating foods to test. Stay tuned!
