2017-01-11 编辑 管理员 来源 中国教育报 查看. 6月2日，国际工程联盟大会 华盛顿协议 通过了中国的转正申请，中国成为第18个 华盛顿协议 正式成员国，标志着我国工程教育质量实现了国际实质等效，质量保障体系得到了国际认可。 5月6日，中国高等教育学会和厦门大学联合主办 一流大学本科教学高峰论坛 ，10月28 30日，学会在南宁举办学术年会，聚焦 学生 教师 课堂 高等教育现代化。 清华大学等高校利用现代信息技术、以混合式教学模式推动思政课改革创新，既拓展了教师的教学力，又激发了学生的学习力，实现了由重 教 到重 学 教学模式的根本性转变，做到了 老师讲得带劲，学生听得解渴 ，社会主义核心价值观深植于心。 4月，北京大学 2016年本科教育改革实施方案要点 正式出台，改革的核心是在教学的各环节落实 以学生成长为中心 的教育理念，教学评价的标准不仅仅是教师 教 得如何，更要看学生的学习收获。 第二届中国 互联网 大学生创新创业大赛，参赛高校达到2110所，占全国普通高校的81% 学生报名项目118804个、直接参与学生545808人。
