Scholastic Chess Tournaments

http://diversityscholasticschess.blogspot.com/2006/06/diversity-currently-offers-quarterly.html

Please log your thoughts regarding Diversity Chess Center's Tournaments. Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Diversity currently offers a quarterly USCF-rated scholastic tournament, and a nonUSCF-rated Friday Chess League. What other kinds of chess tournaments would you like to see Diversity offer and how often? Posted by Roel Sanchez @ 10:30 PM. Id like to see more blitz tournaments. Players (especially the young kids) tend to play fast in long games anyways, so why not just make the games shorter.

Please log your thoughts regarding Diversity Chess Center's Tournaments. Wednesday, July 26, 2006. It was interesting to see how a team of 3 or 5 players brainstormed to play against a blindfolded opponent. An interesting idea may be to play a team match against other teams. Team members take turns making a move and the team can discuss what their next move should be. However, the final decision rests on the one whose turn it is to make a move. What do you think? Spill the Beans | IUPUI University Library's Diversity Scholar Blog

IUPUI University Library's Diversity Scholar Blog. May 3, 2012. We’ve all had this happen to us…especially with Starbucks lol do share your funny stories on “mistaken identity” as well. I don’t think I have a particularly complicated name, but the good people at Starbuck’s have a world of trouble trying to nut it out. But for some reason, no matter how clearly and slowly I say it I always end up getting a coffee with some bizarre word written on it that is supposed to be my name. April 20, 2012 1 Comment.
