Marathon des Sables 2012. Thursday, 5 April 2012. Really feel somewhere different. Coming into land at Ouarzazate could have been like landing on mars. Red mountainous sand everywhere with a few areas of bright green. Down town was an experience. The smells and sights. A couple of us visited an antique shop and ended up having tea with the owner.
