Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Today was the first day of 3rd grade! WOW where has the time gone, I can't even believe my baby is 8 years old! She has grown into such a beautiful, smart, brave little lady! Neela will start K on Friday -they do a staggered start so that the teachers can spend a little more time with kids the first couple of days! Porter started his classes on August 20th and he is loving 5th grade.that sounds so weird, to know that we have kids in 5th, 3rd, and K this year! Good Bye for Now.

Saturday, November 17, 2012. Okay - so my blog has lost all it's pictures, not sure what is happening but I still wanted to make sure I was posting! Today is prematurity awareness day.it's a day to raise awareness to help give all babies a fighting chance! Working in OB now I see how often people say they want to have their babies early because of convienence reasons but that is NOT why babies should come early! Do these people really know what can happen and just how fragile these little lives are?

Not only is she 2 years old she is a little person with her own personality and opinions. She is such a great little girl; she is stubborn and opionated but so eager to please us! Weight: 25lbs 1 oz (29th %). Length: 35 1/4 inches (86th %). She is fully potty trained except for sleeping and doing excellent! She switched to 2% milk. She can draw a T and E. She counts 1,2,3.

Tessa had her first day of "school", she went to Child's Day Out at our church for 4 hours. She will be going every Friday for the school year! The teacher said she only cried once when another little boy was upset, she can be so sensitive to others when they are upset. So, we'll see how next week goes since she knows what happens! But so far so good!
