http://dealingwithbladdercancer.blogspot.com/2013/12/christmas-update-favor.html

Dealing with Bladder Cancer. Friday, December 27, 2013. Christmas Update and a Favor. It's been some time since I posted on the blog. I wanted to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas. Day to day I have been doing ok. Some days are frustrating when the urostomy pouch leaks. I find that I am more inclined to stay home then go places, especially when Im thinking about the pouch. Dealing with Bladder Cancer: Two weeks after surgery

http://dealingwithbladdercancer.blogspot.com/2013/05/two-weeks-after-surgery.html

Dealing with Bladder Cancer. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Two weeks after surgery. Yesterday marks the two week after surgery date. Today I had the Staples removed and I feel like I can move a lot easier. Doc says everything looks good. Back on Aug 13th for a CT Scan as a routine follow up. Doc says that there is a 80% chance that the cancer will NOT come back. While I was hoping for 100% I guess 80 will just have to do. Still getting used to the stoma. I get tired easily and am still sore from incisions.

Dealing with Bladder Cancer: 6 Whole Days

http://dealingwithbladdercancer.blogspot.com/2013/08/6-whole-days.html

Dealing with Bladder Cancer. Saturday, August 3, 2013. After surgery we had to learn to deal with learning about Ostomy supplies especially using a pouch to capture urine. Up until now I have had to change the pouch every two days. This has been a bit frustrating considering these are supposed to last about 4 to 7 days. Normally I have had to change early because of leaks or potential leakage. But last week my wife found two products that when used in combination, lasted for 6 whole days!

Dealing with Breast Cancer

Dealing with Breast Cancer. Tuesday, October 03, 2006. A Day at the Hospital. We were mostly lying down. Or sitting up in wheelchairs. Some of us were walking along the hallway. Drip machines around with us. Like pet standard poodles. The nurses kept comparing our names. To make sure they were doing. The right thing to the right patient. I, for example, was the one. Who had the word YES. Above my left breast. Who sat in a wheel chair. With a 3 inch wire sticking out of my YES breast. I was the patient.
