I was having a particularly hard day last week( tired mommy of two no coffee= bad day) when, much to my surprise, my parents brought this over for me for lunch! My dad –who is a chef of sorts (more about that in a future post)- made a bacon, spinach, and crab quiche. I put the kids down for a nap and indulged. It was divine! Thanks Mom and Dad!
