Generally, I am able to schedule an appointment within one to two weeks of being contacted. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out initial paperwork. This can also be emailed to you at your request to be completed at home. Please call my office to discuss specific needs. If I cannot provide the services needed at a rate that is afforable, I will be glad to provide referrals.
