My Photography and Thought Blogg. Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Jan 3rd (3 of 365). It is the 2nd day of my Marathon training. So far so good! Today we had a 2-a-day,. First was a WOD called. And she is a bitch! Oooops did I really type that. It is a 65# bar, that you lift over your head, and then squat it). I had to adjust it, because of my 'hip' issue, so I did. Same movements, but minus the squat, and always start from the floor). Then we had to do a Treadmill Ladder workout. 200m run, rest 200m time.
