As many of you know, on June 1 I started training for a bodybuilding competition. Is when I compete in the Bikini Division at the Pacific USA XIX Bodybuilding Championships. As of today…. I haven’t had a beer in 71 days. I stopped drinking alcohol entirely 31 days ago. I’ve eaten oatmeal and eggs. I have worked out. 6 days a week, without fail.
