Couch Potato To Ironman. Documenting the journey from sofa to endurance sport. Saturday, 29 January 2011. Haven't considered swimming yet. Got a new tattoo a week a go so need to let that settle in for a few weeks before I can swim. I cant imagine how weird swimming is going to be. I'm hoping it will be OK though. Again, fingers crossed! Thursday, 27 January 2011. I'm currently sitting on a train to Dublin, and this seems to be as good a time as any to write a quick blog update. Why do I enjoy it so much?

Friday, September 25, 2009. Waiting for Hell to Freeze Over. Night time temperatures over the last two weeks have started to drop. Heck, even the pool is finally fun to jump into. For awhile there, the pool was sitting at 98 degrees! In the mean time, Hell hasn't quite frozen over yet, but today's ride was a good one.
