Cooking This and That: Shrimp Fajita Pasta
http://cookingthisandthat.blogspot.com/2012/11/shrimp-fajita-pasta.html
Cooking This and That. Simple side dishes. Elaborate dinner parties. Decadent desserts. And everything in between! Wednesday, November 7, 2012. An easy and tasty weeknight dinner. I recommend making the fajita seasoning shown on the recipe - quick, easy, and less sodium than the store-bought brands. Substitute chicken if you're not a seafood fan! We tried this one a couple weeks ago. I liked it a lot, but it ended up soooo spicy! I need to read the labels better to make sure I get mild sauce next time.

Cooking This and That: Oriental Beef and Noodles
http://cookingthisandthat.blogspot.com/2009/09/oriental-beef-and-noodles.html
Cooking This and That. Simple side dishes. Elaborate dinner parties. Decadent desserts. And everything in between! Thursday, September 24, 2009. Oriental Beef and Noodles. More meals to freeze and this one was super simple. It was made in the slow cooker; something I don't normally do on a workday because I leave too early and our dinner is usually dried out by the time we eat at night, 12 hours later. But this recipe called for cooking on low 9-10 hours, which I could manage. Oriental Beef and Noodles.

When things got rough back in jersey they stood by my side and really gave me an extra hand when i needed it most. Guys, I was pretty lost in a world of chaos and bad friends. My family was the one thing that was steady and true. I now know i can always count on you guys and i really appreciate everything you have done for me from the bottom of my heart. Wicked Good Thrifty Cooking. Trying to feed our families mostly local, mostly organic healthy food on a budget. Sunday, June 13, 2010. Chicken, Chicken, Chicken! Cold Chicken with Potatoes and Anchovies. This worked out well because I used the rest of the tin of anchovies in the next recipe. About 2 cups of roughly chopped chicken. 1/2-1 tin of anchovies, chopped. 1 clove of garlic, minced. A handful of parsley, chopped. This one Jake wasn't so wild about but the girls loved.
