Every little bit helps, so if you can throw in a few squats while picking up your little one's fork (that she threw on the ground for the umpteenth time then laughed in your face), your butt will thank you later! Here are a few ways to incorporate fitness into your already busy days while staying home with your child(ren).

Run Like a Mother Training Program. Our Village - Mom's Club. Friday, January 23, 2015. I'm I'm a huge fan of our crock pot. Anything I can turn on and hours later dinners done, is a win in my book. Tonight's dinner was taco chicken! Nom, nom, nom! Place 2 cups of water into the crock pot. Then toss in the chicken. I tend to put in frozen chicken if the crock pot will be on for a long period of time. It doesn't have to look pretty. About five hours later I started to shred the chicken. Every little bit h...

We had an amazing moms' night out. This month. Each mom brought wine and/or appetizers to share while we got sites on by a very talented hair and makeup artist. He also did tutorials for us on quick and easy hair and makeup; since we're moms and have time to tend to ourselves. The results were astonishing!

Shriner Fitness: December 2014
http://shrinerfitness.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Run Like a Mother Training Program. Our Village - Mom's Club. Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Love this running program. Since starting the 5K training program three weeks ago, I've found myself sticking to the schedule better than the half marathon training schedule I did twice this year. The first few weeks the runs are focused on time; 15 minutes here, 20 minutes there. It makes fitting the training into my day much easier. By 6:00 PM, I was exhausted. By 6:01 PM, I was not a nice mom. And then I did.
