Expanded Bright Horizons into Guilderland and Clifton Park. Improved the Bright Horizons inquiry to member conversion rate to 57%. Raised $5,000 to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association of NENY. Entered into 5 new Managed Long Term Care agreements for Bright Horizons and Transportation Services. Became an approved Medicaid transporter. Increased rides by 6%.
