Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Mommy, you have to stop at red lights! Tonight in the car, I stopped briefly at a red light and then turned right on red. Eston immediately exclaimed, "Mommy, you have to stop at red lights! Here is a recent [unrelated to this story] picture of Eston playing baseball after Easter dinner. Love the cute outfit :). Sunday, March 7, 2010. Eston at the Aquarium. Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Eston loves shoes. He enjoys lugging Randy's and my huge ones around, and he frequently requests for us to put his shoes on him simply because he enjoys the activity. Here he is in froggy boots from cousin Luis (Luis has these in a few more sizes to pass along: click here. For evidence) and tonight in his tennis shoes from his great grandparents Cottie and Grandbill (the third pair of shoes he'd worn tonight over his footy pajamas).

I hope you'll enjoy the story too! 2 Creating a chart on which he could make checkmarks each time he uses the restroom (see attached photo). Monday, December 6, 2010. Lauren assembled the Christmas tree late one night. When I took Eston in the room to see it the next day, he saw wings on the object at the top of the tree and said, "Bird! I said, "Eston, actually, that is an angel." His response? He is so much fun right now, with his ability to learn new words and ideas, throw just about any ball, get around very well (and quickly! Monday, May 23, 2011. Eston found a new love today, taking pictures like Daddy. He is using our point-and-click to capture some pretty decent images. He preciously puts the camera on his forehead (through pure imitation, as he hasn't learned to use the viewfinder yet), aims in the general direction, and clicks. Thursday, January 14, 2010. Eston transitioned to the toddler room at daycare yesterday! And stuck Eston's hand in some food. He obediently began eating. I'm relieved that they provide all food and beverage in that room, and we can stop preparing refreshments for him in the morning. A DeKalb County police car is beside us. Also, Eston knows German. ;-) We have a new, wonderful housemate named Britta, and she taught him some German songs that she claims he has already sung back to her. And he know...
