Erbaluce di Caluso DOC Passito. Intense, with hints of raw honey and candied lemon. Aromatic and musky, with just a touch of oak barrel wood. Open, continuous and homogeneous. Sweet and fresh to the palate. It opens to wood sensations, as detected by the nose. Full bodied, with a firm structure. Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG. T is the result of the application of innovative techniques both in the vineyard and in the cellar, aiming to push erbaluce one step beyond. The grapes chosen for T are harvested in november from a parcel of Misobolo vineyard, where a special covering system protects the grapes from the elements and their predators. The grapes, once destemmed, are cold macerated for 24-36 hours. After soft pressing, the must is cold fermented. 13,5 % vol. Full straw colour with white gold tinges.

Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG. Misobolo comes from erbaluce selected grapes, grown in the Misobolo vineyard. This vineyard, planned in the’70s, is now fairly old and naturally has low production yields. It lies on the side of a hill where a beloved Sanctuary stands, facing south - southwest, thus enjoying both good exposition to the sunlight and shelter from the winter frosts. The grapes, hand picked and selected in the vineyard, are pressed whole. Misobolo is then bottled in spring, the year after harvesting.

100% Neretto di San Giorgio. Pale ruby red, close to rosé. Pinpoint, long lasting bubbles. Fruity, with hints of raspberry and redcurrant, pink flowers and warm baked bread. Full-bodied, well balanced, crisp, but not angular. Pleasant aftertaste, gently aromatic, with a nice finish. Excellent with delicate appetizers, fish, white meat and vegetables. Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG Spumante. 12,5 % vol. Pale straw-yellow with light-green tinges. Fine and persistent bubbles sustain a bright-white ethereal mousse. Fruity, with characteristic bread-crust aroma and rich with floral sensations. Full, harmonic, rich of freshness, with a good acidic structure but not sharp, good aftertaste, slightly aromatic, with the right persistence.
