We headed to a cocktail party for the new hospital in Abingdon.it is fantastic new hospital and a great addition to the town. Highlands Dance is a black tie event we get to go to three times a year. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year, but Braxtons first fall landed him in the ER! Hope nobody thinks we are bad parents for this! Jake and Alex Simons. Saturday, October 04, 2008. So we are really slacking on this whole blogging thing but life is so crazy after you have a child. I can only imagine how it is going to be after two, three and four! It is so much fun though. Braxton makes us smile more and more each day. He is now 4 months old and weighs almost 16 pounds (75%) and he is 26 inches long (90%)! These are a few of the many pictures my sister took about two months ago. Thanks Lace! I so wish you guys were still out here!

The other day Brax was OBSESSED with being out in the rain. He loved it for some reason. This kid LOVES to be outside all the time. The first thing that he wants to do in the morning once he has woken up is go upstairs and look out the windows.He's a goof, but I guess i shouldn't complain. Your hair is freaking LONG!

Friday, July 15, 2011. Revolution Dance and Gymnastics. We have amazing dance teachers that drive up from Asheville, NC that bring unparalleled expertise in this area. Our gym coach is fantastic with the kids, and such a talent! Not to mention Oliver thinks he is going to marry her :) It was not my life long dream or anything.it is a lot of work.and we are learning as we go. You had me from hello". Wednesday, September 23, 2009. The weekend of our wedding was crazy! We got married on a Friday night, went to the Kenny Chesney concert at Qwest Field until late on Saturday night and then woke up at about 3:30 in the morning on Sunday to catch our flight for our honeymoon! We went to the Sandals Resort in Nassau, The Bahamas. It was amazing! It is an all-inclusive resort and literally, just about EVERYTHING is included; you aren't even allowed to tip anyone! Friday, November 25, 2011. We decorated early this year so we could have it up for at least a little while before we left to Utah. We got a big tree this year too! The kids all helped decorate and it went pretty quickly.it was a super fun family night. And yes, it was before Thanksgiving!
