You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies. And pray for those who persecute you,. So that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 8220;A School of Song & Story”. April 9, 2015. This past week was packed with great songs and great stories which had a profound impact on me and trust that it did for others as well. We sang songs about the cross on Good Friday. We sang songs about the resurrection of Jesus on Sunday and we sang songs of hope at a funeral on Tuesday. My heart has overflowed with songs this past week. I’m not a great storyteller, but I do have a great story. Truth embedded in song and story! I’m thankful for a moth...

About me
http://www.noelagnew.com/about-me
You are here: Home. I’m a retired Presbyterian minister, having gone to study at Union Theological College in 1986. Since then I’ve been assistant to Andrew Rodgers in Dungannon followed by time in Oldpark in Belfast, Bellaghy and Knockloughrim close to my hometown of Kilrea and finally in West Kirk on the Shankill Rd. During the summer I spend quite some time in my role as chaplain to the motorcycle road racers and, when time allows, am away to sea with my friends from Peterhead on board the Pathway.

You are here: Home. Just out of prison. Just out of prison. I’m just relaxing after preaching at HMP Shotts. What a delight to be able to try and explain the wonder of the love of God to men who”ve known very little love in their lives. I’d ask you to pray for one man,Roshan an Indian from Dubai who has been awaiting an appeal for years but who has used his time well. He’s a lovely fellow and it’s always an encouragement to talk with. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. The latest from my favourite blogs. Email ...

But preachers can’t be that naughty or brave unless they’re free from their own need for the dope of acceptance. And they wont be free of their need until they can trust the God who has already accepted them, in advance and dead as door-nails, in Jesus. Rev Dr. Steve Brant. 06/10/2015 at 11:18 pm. Do you know which book of Capon’s this quote comes from? Return to top of page.
