Adapted from Neiman Marcus Cookbook. 3 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided. 1 stick butter, softened. 1 cup light brown sugar. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 189; tsp salt. 183; Pre-heat oven to 300°F. 183; Place 2 cups of the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring chips after each interval until chips are melted, about 1.5 minutes. 183; Bake cookies for 20 minutes.

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Pan-Roasted Pork Chops with Yellow Pepper Mole Sauce. Saturday night Scott and I had a date night at home. We haven’t cooked a nice meal on the weekend in awhile and were long overdue. I always enjoy trying recipes from Bobby Flay’s. Cookbook because they are always delicious and we are never disappointed. There are two secrets to making this recipe a success. 1 Get really good pork chops! I of course went to Central Market and had the butcher cut me double cut bone-in pork chops.

Adapted from Peace Meals. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 ¼ cups sugar. 188; tsp salt. 3 sticks butter, chilled and cut into ½” cubes. 183; Preheat oven to 350. 183; In a food processor combine flour, sugar, salt for 45 seconds. Then add butter and process for 30 seconds or until mixture is crumbly and butter is distributed. 189; cup sugar.

The best things in life are sweet…a lifestyle blog by hannah webb. 1 1/2 Cups Nilla Wafers (finely crushed). 5 TBS Unsalted Butter (melted). 1/3 Cup White Sugar. 4 – 8oz Packages Cream Cheese (room temp.). 1 1/4 Cups White Sugar. 1 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract. 4 Eggs (room temp.). 1 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. 1 tsp Red Food Coloring. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a 9 inch springform pan, wrap the bottom half with foil, set aside. Place on a baking sheet an cook for 10 minutes.
