Day 7 of our road trip adventure. I am glad it's coming to an end tomorrow. I love road trips, but I've had enough of motels and lousy restaurants to last me a while. Poor Rocky has become so accustomed to motels that it will be an extremely easy transition for him to the apartment. Ellen, Karen's mom, is a fabulous hostess making sure that we were comfortable in everyway. We were treated to roasted asparagus, chicken and mushroom kabobs, and a cornbread salad to die for! Thanks for all the comments!

Yesterday Rick and I decided to take a drive. Yeah, a Sunday afternoon drive just like when we were kids. Actually we used do this quite often, but we haven't had a chance since we have moved back. Rick selected the Four Peaks road which is a dirt road that begins on this side of Four Peaks and ends up by Roosevelt Lake. Last Friday Bahareh and I met up after not seeing each other in years. That was a great visit and we picked up right where we had left off. At any rate, she belongs to the same book club, so I told her my tale of woe. She invited me and gave me the appropriate information. The next meeting would be held at PAULA'S! The SHS Boys Swim Team took back the MVC trophy with an undefeated year. Six of the boys got district times, 3 with state times, and one went on to nationals. Monday, November 28, 2005. Me alegra comunicarme con los que entren a este blog. Cualquier cosa que propongan para la reunion del 27, me parece bien. Lo importante no es lo que hagamos, sino vernos. Se me ocurre que puede estar bueno contratar a MYLES, es un colombiano que baila muy bien salsa y hace un show muy entretenido que dura aproximadamente 40 minutos. Espero verlos pronto.
