http://caregiveher.blogspot.com/2008/09/shift-work.html

Tuesday, September 16, 2008. So, needless to say, the thought of a 'real job' is rather laughable in the current context. I never know when I'll be called upon to take a shift. http://caregiveher.blogspot.com/2008/08/its-girl-thing.html

Saturday, August 30, 2008. It's a girl thing. When I talk about healthcare, I'm not talking about just creating new institutional plans. Or developing new drugs, designing new machines or other gadgets to extend life. What I'm talking about is the person who makes using those plans, drugs and machines worthwhile. Activating the value is most often women's work, as it has been since the first caveman grunted "ouch". When does any woman leave the nest to feel the wind under her own wings? Links in the chain.

Sober at the Party. On February 18, 2008 my husband entered the hospital and did not return home until May 27, 2008.
